Friday night cocktail!
Time, my mercurial friend. She can move as slowly as a butterfly unfolding from her cocoon or so swiftly that her passage leaves behind a wake of surprise.
Surf those waves with tonight’s cocktail, the Nuclear Daiquiri. Named for its effect, this spicy drink helps to place time on hold for a moment. Peppery clove undertones, meet citrus zing! Enjoy every second of your time together… because the glass will empty more quickly than you expect.
Make one yourself
- 1 oz white overproof rum (120 proof)
- 2/3 oz green Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/3 oz Falernum
- 1/3 oz chilled water, if not using wet ice
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into Nick and Nora glass; garnish with lime wedge. Tick tock!
