Where can I find pinball machines to play in the Upper Valley?

Outside of private collections, there are not many opportunities to play pinball in the immediate Upper Valley region. But if you are willing to travel, there are a number of outstanding pinball machine collections to explore within a two-hour radius.

Be sure to check each location’s website for hours as many are only open a few days a week.

The Newest and Closest Pinball Arcade – Zoltar’s Arcade in Claremont, NH

This combination comic book, collectible and arcade just opened in Claremont in the summer of 2022. Their arcade area features a bunch of vintage arcade games as well as a row of five or so pinball machines from the latest games to some classic pinball tables.

Funspot – Laconia, NH

Funspot in Laconia, NH claims to be the world’s largest arcade and is only one hour and a quarter away from Lebanon, NH.

Funspot is a huge establishment with hundreds of vintage arcade games, a bowling alley, redemption machines (the kind that award tickets that can be exchanged for prizes), indoor miniature golf and a couple rows of classic vintage pinball machines.

Funspot is located at 579 Endicott Street North, Laconia, NH 03246.

Funspot machines take tokens that can be purchased onsite. If you go to their website you can get a coupon for a discount on tokens. Spend more money and you get a better deal on tokens.

The main row of pinball machines at Funspot features classics like Pinbot, High Speed and Black Knight. There is another row of five or so pinball machines on the lower level.

Pastime Pinball – Manchester Center, VT

One hour and a half from Lebanon, NH lays a collection of 60 of the best pinball machines of all time. Pastime Pinball is a family-friendly museum arcade in the heart of beautiful Manchester Center, Vermont. Their amazing collection features more than 60 top-rated pins is enough to make any pinball fan drool. The best machines of every decade have been assembled under one roof. From early games from the 1950s to some of the newest releases.

Pastime Pinball uses an entry fee system. Pay $25 and play all day long.
