Contact: sales @ dogfordstudios . com

We have several 1950s, 1960s and 1970s pinball machines available for rental as movie props in the Northeast region. Two hours from Boston in Grantham, NH.

Add some instant nostalgia to your next movie production, photoshoot or staging. Our vintage pinball machines are in restored, operational condition.

From the primary collection:

  • 1979 Stern “Meteor” – operational, good condition.
  • 1976 Bally “Hang Glider” – operational, used condition.
  • 1972 Gottlieb “World Series” – like new restored.
  • 1961 Gottlieb “Egg Head” – like new restored.
  • 1959 Gottlieb “Universe” – being restored.

From additional collection:

I have a connection for several more 1970s electromechanical pinball machines for prop rental.

Note: Arcades and locations would keep older machines in play for a decade or more so for example a 1960s machine might still be on location in diner, bar or laundromat, into the 70s. Be sure to have period-correct machines for closeup scenes.

American Graffiti was set in the 1960s yet several 1970s pinball machines appear in this scene. It’s the scene where the Pharaohs go to a mini-golf course, and enter the arcade where there are several pinball machines, ranging from 1965-71, and the movie takes place in 1962.  The TV series “Happy Days” was set in the 50’s-60’s, yet the pinball machine used (Bally “Nip It”) was from the 70’s!

A well-heeled character might have a twenty-year-old vintage pinball machine in their home office or game room.
