Photographs Showing Empty America

I didn’t take these photographs during the current global pandemic known as Covid-19 but they sure take on new meaning as a reflection of the current situation.

Empty, abandoned houses, old lighthouses shut off to tourists, empty theater seats and lonely stretches of deserted highways.

Photographs by Edward Fielding. Poem by Joyce Kilmer.
