French River Prince Edward Island

French River Harbor on Prince Edward Island by Edward M. Fielding – framed in white – https://edward-fielding.pixels.com/featured/french-river-prince-edward-island-edward-fielding.html

One of my all time favorite spots in the world, Prince Edward Island.  Home of rich red soil that is perfect for growing potatoes, home of Anne of Green Gables, red sand beaches warmed by the gulf steam, and some of the best seafood anywhere.

Lobsters, mussels and of course their world famous oysters.

Vogue magazine describes the oyster scene as “If you’re an oyster enthusiast, chances are you’ve seen a Prince Edward Island oyster on a few menus. Dubbed Canada’s food island, PEI is known for its red sand beaches and historic lighthouses, but it’s also one of the country’s biggest oyster producers, exporting to major markets across North America and Asia.”

French River is part of the Green Gables Shore Touring Region.  This fine art photograph,  taken early in the morning before the lobster boats left for the day, is available for purchase as a museum quality fine art print.

Each print is printed per custom order and is shipped in a mailing tube in about one week from the printers at Fine Art America.

The watermark in the lower right is not included in the final print.

Each print comes with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
