What is the tip off of a scam site? Here are some of the many indicators that buypinballmachine. com is a rip-off.
- Their logo doesn’t match their name and is in fact ripped off from the legit Chattanooga Pinball Museum www.chattanoogapinballmuseum.com
- Their copy is stolen from Great American Pinball (a legit seller) with phrases like “Pinball Machines at Great American Pinball” copied verbatim.
- They only take wire transfers or gift cards as payment.
- They offer highly sought-after machines for less than market value.
Folks, if it is too good to be true – trust your gut! You know a legit business would not be in business for long just giving away machines for ridiculous prices. Don’t let greed get in the way of common sense.
