I love breakfast. Who doesn’t? That’s why God created 24 hour diners and gave us the sign “We Serve Breakfast All Day”. Right?
I’m a big fan of omelettes but I think my all time favorite breakfast is the breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich is pure genius. All of the best things about breakfast – eggs, bacon, cheese and carbs stacked up on each other in a handy, finger food fashion. No knife and fork needed. Just a napkin to wipe away some of the bacon grease.
Rolled up in a wrap or flour tortilla or stacked high on a toasted bagel or perhaps between some nice toasted sour dough bread, the Breakfast Sandwich is the king of all breakfasts!
